Jenny Smith Coaching has grown out of Jenny’s commitment to a healthy lifestyle through athletics, cycling and multisport.
Her coaching combines her love of learning, teaching and sharing with her extensive knowledge and experience garnered over 25 years of training and racing at an elite level in the sports of cycling, mountain biking, XTERRA triathlon and running.
She specializes in individualized coaching programs for endurance athletes.
